Just a perfect match for a cursory stop in London with great value. The room was small but clean, which I appreciated. Make sure to check the plug sockets upon arrival.

Clean room with reliable air conditioning, but the elevator was very slow.

The room was cozy and surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of the city, and the comfy bed made for some great snoozes. I loved lounging by the pool and taking advantage of the spa facilities during my stay. Just one downside was the limited breakfast options, so I’d recommend checking out nearby cafes instead! 😊

The room was super tiny, barely enough space to move around. Cleanliness was decent and the bed was comfy, which was nice. The shower worked well and had hot water, but the old elevator was slow. it felt pretty cramped, but at least it was tidy enough.

the location is super close to paddington station, which is a huge plus for exploring london. the staff was really friendly and made us feel welcome. our room was clean and had comfy beds. A nice shower with hot water. they had some good cafes n restaurants nearby too. overall, it was a great stay for the price!
the rooms are very tiny, barely enough space to move around. also, the elevator was really slow and old, which was annoying.

I had a lovely stay for 2 nights, enjoying the great cooked breakfast nearby and the cozy, clean room that made me feel right at home. They offered a cool rooftop space for relaxing and a nice lounge area to unwind, which was a pleasant surprise. The shower pressure was a bit low, but that didn’t take away from my overall experience—definitely check out the local restaurants for delicious meals! 😊

I enjoyed my stay, especially the clean, comfy room and the quiet environment, but the breakfast options were quite limited. I'd return for the cozy atmosphere.

missingWrote a review on 22 Mayclean roomseasy accessnoisy alarm
Proximity to Paddington station makes it super easy to hop on the tube or catch a train. Clean rooms with decent air conditioning help you stay comfortable, especially during humid weather.
The fire alarm went off multiple times, waking guests at odd hours, which can be quite unsettling. Rooms are on the smaller side, so if you're used to more space, it might feel cramped. The breakfast served next door at the sister hotel offers a disappointing selection—definitely not worth the seven pounds for the limited options. The elevator is quite small, and the corridors have a dark, tired vibe that could use a refresh.

The location of the Rose Park Hotel is great, just a short walk from Paddington Station. I loved how convenient it was for exploring London. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. The room was clean, but quite small, and that was a bit of a challenge with my suitcase. The bed felt cramped, and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. I could hear noises from the adjoining rooms, which made it tough to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was quite nice, but there could have been more attention to detail regarding cleanliness. The Wi-Fi worked well for me, which was a plus. Breakfast wasn't included. the hotel serves its purpose but expect minimal space and some noise.

missingWrote a review on 07 Mardecent spacegood saladsunclean bathroomdismissive staffnoisy lift
The room offered decent space, but it was marred by uncleanliness, especially in the bathroom, which had clearly not been properly maintained. Reception staff were dismissive of complaints, making it a frustrating experience. The lift was noisy and felt unsafe, while the carpeting in the stairs was worn and stained. Despite the unsatisfactory conditions, the salads served in the dining area were quite good, providing a brief respite from the otherwise unpleasant atmosphere.
